Q: I'm trying to use these flatbacks that somebody else ordered to make buttons and I have no idea how. The flatbacks aren't mentioned anywhere in the instructions that came with the Multi Maker 4000 kit and there are no instructions or videos for flatbacks anywhere on this site. I assume I use the flatbacks in die B where I would normally use the pinbacks but no matter how hard I pull the lever or which way I insert the flatback, the picture and the mylar will not crimp on to the flatback. What am I missing here??

A: The flatbacks are used in the same way that pinned backs are used. Most products have video tutorials associated with them. Coasters and Magnets use flatbacks and those products have a video. You can also check our YouTube channel. Please call or email us directly if you continue to experience trouble.
