Get erything you need to make 1.5 inch buttons in our Model m150 ProMaker Button Machine or MultiMaker + 1.5 inch die set. The shells and pinned backs are made from heavy duty recycled US steel. The mylar is 1.837 inches in diameter, 3 mil thick plastic that protects your graphics and gives the buttons a professional glossy finish. Compatible with:

1-1/2 inch ProMaker
MultiMaker + 1-1/2 inch die set

If you have a non-US manufactured button making machine these supplies will not work in your machine! head on over to the metric section for some 37mm size button supplies instead!

Q: I see that supplies are low and back orders are likely - I’m trying to get pin supplies before June 19th. If I ordered 300-500 would I probably get them in time or would they be back ordered? What about if I only ordered 100-200?

A: At the time of this writing (6/12/2023) orders of 500 or fewer are in stock and shipping as usual.

Q: I need 6500 1.5" pinned back buttons. Is there going to be a long wait?

A: At the time of this writing, 8 weeks is the lead time for pinning. If you need your order sooner than that you can opt to receive the backs and pins as seperate pieces and assemble the backs yourself. If you need the backs pre-pinned like normal, the lead time is 8 weeks.

A: Yes, these supplies are manufactured by Tecre company. At the time of this writing, pinning is taking about 8 weeks. But we can send your order unpinned (with shells, backs, mylar, and loose crimp pins, all the supplies you need) right away. You would just have to insert the pins into the backs yourself.

Q: Hello, I’ve been working with you guys’ supplies for a couple years now, I normally don’t have any issues, but lately when I press buttons, most of them do not crimp completely around. Sometimes the mylar doesn’t slide in properly, sometimes the shell gets bent into the backing. I’m using HP photo paper, so I’m think that’s the issue, however, I’ve used the same paper on the 2 1/4 inch die set and supplies and had not a single issue no matter what I did. With the 1 1/2 inch button die set and supplies, I’ve trimmed the paper as small as I can, I press with my entire upper body weight (which makes it work about less than half the time), and have lubed the backing die. If there’s a work around that doesn’t involve changing the paper entirely I’d really like some advice, but if I do just have to change the paper I completely understand. As even though it’s still happening with basic printer paper, it’s happening less often with basic printer paper.
