I thought it would be fun to start making videos of the repair returns that I receive. Mostly because the few problems that I do see are so easily resolved. There is sometimes interesting evideince of how machines can be misused. I find the whole thing entertianing and eye opeing, and thought you might too. The problem is we get so few returns with genuine technical problems. Seriously, our machines are THAT AWESOME. It might be tough to get good footage. Returns are pretty rare. In this video, I open a box containing a ProMaker Punch returned for repair. But I tested it and could not replicate any problems.
