This button maker was returned because it was crimping magnets too tight and too concave, so that the magnet wasn't even touching the metal and it wouldn't stick to a refrigerator.
The crimp die was sitting up too high, the bolts were loose, the whole machine was sticky, and the die table wouldn't pass under the upper die. It was an easy fix, you just need an allen wrench, a socket set, some silicone based machine lubricant (food grade is best), and a paper towel.
