A: Hello. You can use the buttonmakers.net website to generate your own quotes. Just add the items you are interested in to your cart and check out. Then click the Net 30 payment option at check out. This will email you a quote which is automatically emailed to you. We will not ship orders placed this way unless we receive a payment or valid PO first.

Q: Are these back ordered?

A: As of the time of this writing, 6/6/2023, the Model 150 button machines are approximately 2 weeks out and the button supplies are shipping unpinned. That means that you will have to insert the pins into the backs yourself. If you would prefer to received your button supplies pinned (with the pins pre-inserted into the backs) the current lead time is 8 weeks.

Q: do you ship to Canada? I have tried 3 times to pay with credit card and keep getting errors

A: Yes we happily ship to Canada. I apologize for the snafu at check out. The website will check your billing address agasint the billing address for the card you're using. Sometimes it has issues with international addresses. Please call 314-329-7088 for assistance.
