Q: I’m considering purchasing the Tecre 2.5 inch professional button kit. Is there an estimate for the number of buttons I can expect to make before failure? I anticipate making 1500 promotional buttons per year for our local community carnival. Wondering how many years I can expect it to last. Thank you.

A: You can expect to make tens of thousands of buttons on these machines before they need any maintenance and even then there is no set amount of usage that will always result in problems. I have machines that are 25+ years old and have never had a problem even once. Even after many years of use, the problems that can arise with these machines are usually pretty simple to fix by tightening bolts and keeping it lubed. Tecre machines are one of those rare products you really only need to buy once. If you do start experiencing problems, just let us know.
